Teamwork

Success in cheerleading demands true teamwork.   In authentic teamwork, team members take the focus off of themselves and direct it towards the common goal.  They recognize the reality of interdependence and unity.  Each team member with their own responsibilities but none more significant than the other because each is needed to accomplish the end result.
